FULL-SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING – FEES

If you are considering full-service wedding planning, the first step is a complimentary, no-obligation consultation. This can take place in person or via video call (Google Meet, Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger).

Full-service planning starts from 750,000 HUF, however the final fee depends on several factors. To provide an accurate proposal, I need to understand where you are in the planning process, what kind of wedding you envision, and how much support you need. In some cases, you may not even require full-service planning, if much has already been arranged, I can recommend a more suitable alternative.

  • Getting to know each other
  • Your vision for the wedding (location, guest count, style, guest logistics, etc.)
  • How I work, what your options are, and how I can support you
  • The process of working together (contracts, deposits, next steps)
  • Any questions you may have about weddings or planning

This first conversation is completely free and without obligation. Its purpose is to understand your vision and determine how I can best support you. Afterwards, you will receive a personalized proposal tailored specifically to you.

Even if you have already started planning, whether you’ve only chosen a venue or are missing just a few vendors, you are more than welcome to reach out. I can step into the process at any stage.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION – FEES

If you have planned everything but would like professional support on the wedding day itself, this service is the ideal solution. Wedding Day Coordination includes a consultation approximately one month before the wedding, where we create your detailed timeline and I take over the final stages of preparation.

Additional consultation sessions can be added if needed during the planning process.

I always recommend an initial consultation so we can get to know each other and discuss your wedding in detail. The final coordination fee depends on factors such as guest count, location, and overall complexity.

Starting from:

350,000 HUF / occasion (up to 14 hours + 1 consultation included)

Additional hours:

15,000 HUF / hour

WEDDING CONSULTATION – FEES

If you are planning your wedding yourselves but need expert advice on specific topics, a consultation can be incredibly valuable.

A standard consultation lasts approximately 1.5 hours and is available in person or online (Google Meet, Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger). You are welcome to ask about any aspect of wedding planning.

Fee:

25,000 HUF / session (approx. 1.5 hours)

Additional hours:

10,000 HUF / hour

Travel fee:

100 HUF / km (calculated from Hévízgyörk, Pest County)

Accommodation:

For locations more than 120 km from my base, kindly provide accommodation for the night of the wedding.
