This includes budget planning, venue sourcing, recommending and coordinating vendors, creating a detailed timeline, and full-day coordination from morning preparations until the end of the celebration.

The process begins with a free personal or online consultation. This is followed by a proposal and a preliminary budget plan. Once we agree to work together, we move on to concept creation, detailed budgeting, selecting vendors, and finalizing all details. The process concludes with full coordination on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Ideally, you should involve a wedding planner 10–12 months before your wedding. Popular venues and vendors book up quickly, so early planning can be a significant advantage, especially if you are organizing your wedding from abroad.
